“Performing Normal” – Monster Playground Workshop, a special dance workshop for all teens and young adults with special needs. What does it truly mean to be “normal”? And how do the parts of ourselves we hide our so-called “monsters” reveal what we really need: understanding, care, and space to be seen? Care For Inclusion is delighted to invite all neurodivergent teens and young adults with special needs to join us at this intimate and exploratory workshop hosted by Dialogue Includes All and led by emerging dance artist Germaine Goh, together with co-facilitators Alecia Neo and Zhuo Zihao. In this session, participants will engage in movement, illustration, and reflective dialogue to uncover how autistic expressions are often misinterpreted, and how creative practices can open new ways of listening to and honouring differences. Building Inclusion Through Experience at PwC Malaysia Dialogue Includes All was honoured to lead our second Dialogue Mobility Workshop for the incredible team at PwC Malaysia, in partnership with Alpro Pharmacy Sdn Bhd and Daniel Lee. Through hands-on experiences such as understanding the functions of wheelchairs, reading braille, and participating in immersive games that simulate life without sight participants discovered new ways to see beyond their own perspectives. These activities weren’t just eye-opening; they encouraged PwC staff to reflect on the daily challenges faced by persons with disabilities, strengthening empathy, communication, and collaboration across teams. Yesterday, we completed our 11th Leading with Empathy workshop with the dedicated leaders of Malaysia Aviation Group (MAG), together with our partners from ITD World . Eleven workshops each one different, each one meaningful. What began as a single session has grown into a shared journey of reflection, vulnerability, and growth. With every group we meet, we continue to see how empathy quietly transforms conversations, deepens trust, and strengthens the heart of leadership.
