Nomination de Gabriel Desvaux, Country Manager LFL Rwanda. Nous avons le plaisir d’annoncer la nomination de Gabriel Desvaux en tant que Country Manager de LFL Rwanda. Gabriel débute son parcours professionnel chez LFL Maurice en 2006, avant de poursuivre ses études en Australie. De retour à Maurice, il réintègre l’entreprise comme Production Officer, puis relève le défi de l’expatriation à Madagascar, où il occupe le poste de Responsable des Opérations pendant sept ans. Ces années renforcent ses compétences en management, en leadership et en gestion interculturelle. Par la suite, Gabriel occupe des fonctions stratégiques à Maurice tout en complétant un MBA Executive à l’IAE Paris – Sorbonne Business School, ce qui affine sa vision stratégique et son leadership. Aujourd’hui, nous l’accueillons à la tête de LFL Rwanda Ltd, où il met son expérience et son énergie au service du développement de nos activités. Guidée par notre mission de développer et pérenniser l’élevage en Afrique de l’Est, cette nomination renforce notre ambition de faire grandir LFL dans la région. Nous lui souhaitons plein succès dans ses nouvelles fonctions. --- Appointment of Gabriel Desvaux as Country Manager, LFL Rwanda. We are pleased to announce the appointment of Gabriel Desvaux as Country Manager of LFL Rwanda. Gabriel began his professional journey at LFL Mauritius in 2006, before pursuing his studies in Australia. Upon returning to Mauritius, he rejoined the company as a Production Officer and later embraced the challenge of relocating to Madagascar, where he served as Operations Manager for seven years, honing his skills in management, leadership, and cross-cultural collaboration. He then took on strategic roles in Mauritius while completing an Executive MBA at IAE Paris – Sorbonne Business School, strengthening his strategic vision and executive leadership. Today, we welcome Gabriel to lead LFL Rwanda Ltd, where he brings his expertise and energy to drive the company’s growth. Guided by our mission to develop and sustain livestock farming in East Africa, his appointment reinforces our ambition to grow LFL in the region. We wish him every success in his new role.

🌍 Looking Back at the World Aquaculture Safari 2025 – Entebbe, Uganda 🇺🇬 From June 24 to 27, we had the pleasure of participating in the World Aquaculture Safari 2025, held at the Speke Resort in Entebbe. This event brought together key players in the aquaculture industry, offering a unique platform for exchange, learning, and innovation. Our team took this opportunity to showcase our nutritional solutions and specialized services to industry professionals, while also strengthening our presence across the African continent. 🎤 During the exhibition, a technical seminar was led by Hannaa Darbarry (LFL) and Sjoerd Bakker (ADM), in collaboration with our local partner Nutrinova. Romain Harel appointed General Manager of LFL Group Effective July 1st, 2025, following a smooth five-month transition period, we are pleased to announce that Romain Harel officially assumes the role of General Manager of LFL Group, succeeding Rocky Forget, former Managing Director of LFL Group. Since joining the Eclosia Group in 2008, Romain has consistently demonstrated a strong commitment to operational excellence, talent development, and sustainable value creation. In his leadership roles at Avipro Farms in Madagascar and Mauritius, he has successfully combined high performance with close collaboration alongside field teams, embodying the entrepreneurial spirit and long-term responsibility that define our Group’s culture. Holding an MBA, the newly appointed General Manager exemplifies the core values of the Eclosia Group to which LFL remains deeply committed, including putting people at the heart of every action, fostering innovation, and driving sustainable growth.
