Here are the standout insights: • The Sickness Service Trap 🩺 We've excelled at treating sickness but lack the incentives and motivation to focus on preventative care. Shifting from reactive to preventative care is vital to our ageing population’s future, even if the ROI takes 30-50 years to materialise. • The Data Divide 🔍 Fragmented data and silos between public and private systems prevent us from getting a full picture of the patient and connecting them to the right clinician efficiently, which can make all the difference in changing the model of care. • Technology & Alignment 🤝⚙️ With major systems like the NHS investing just 2% of budgets into tech, innovation remains underused.
