About the Role:We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Recruiter with experience in US IT Staffing, especially in handling Prime Vendor clients. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing, screening, and relationship-building skills to identify and place top-tier IT professionals for contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time positions.
Key Responsibilities:Source, screen, and shortlist qualified IT professionals through various channels (Job Boards, LinkedIn, Internal Database, References, Networking, etc.).
Work closely with Prime Vendors to understand their requirements, submission guidelines, and candidate expectations.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process — from understanding client requirements to closing the candidate.
Negotiate salary rates and ensure successful candidate onboarding.
Maintain and build long-term relationships with consultants and vendors.
Update and maintain recruitment data in the ATS and ensure timely follow-ups.
Stay updated with current market trends, visa regulations, and technology hiring patterns in the US IT market.
Desired Candidate Profile:Experience: 1–4 years in US IT recruitment with proven experience working with Prime Vendors / Tier-1 Vendors.
Excellent Communication Skills (verbal and written).
Proficiency in job portals like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.
Good understanding of US work visas (H1B, GC, US Citizen, OPT, CPT, TN, etc.).
Strong ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Goal-oriented, self-driven, and target-focused individual.
