The EU has just approved over €600 million to accelerate alternative fuel infrastructure and hydrogen is taking centre stage. This funding round will deliver 38 new hydrogen refuelling stations across Europe’s core transport corridors, supporting cars, buses and heavy duty trucks. It brings the total number of AFIF supported hydrogen stations to 106 since 2021. Serious momentum. What’s even more exciting is the EU’s first ammonia bunkering project for ports. Hydrogen derived fuels are stepping into the mainstream, and ports are evolving into clean energy hubs that will serve road transport, shipping, industry and export routes. This is exactly the kind of integrated, multi vector future we have been preparing fleets for. At ZeroMission, we built éXō to help operators manage electric, hydrogen and mixed fuel fleets from one control tower because the future will not run on a single fuel. It will run on whatever gets fleets to zero fastest. Europe is not talking about decarbonisation anymore. Europe is building it. If you want to understand what this means for fleet electrification, hydrogen adoption or depot strategy, we are always happy to share insights. éXō One Layer. Infinite Insight. A Big Moment for Heavy Fleet Electrification at the RDS Dublin this week The ZeroMission team had the chance to see the new fully electric Renault Trucks C 8x4/4 E Tech Tridem mixer up close at the Electric Vehicle Summit & Awards this week, and it was genuinely impressive to witness first hand. This truck, built for Roadstone Ltd. and unveiled publicly for the very first time, is a clear signal that heavy duty electric transport is no longer a future concept. It is here, it is operational and it is built for real construction and materials handling environments. Why this matters for Ireland’s fleet, logistics and construction sectors Seeing these vehicles in person confirms just how quickly the industry is moving. Electric HGVs are now capable, available and ready for real routes, real loads and real operations. For fleet managers and operators, the transition is becoming less about if and more about how. How ZeroMission supports this shift As more heavy electric vehicles arrive on the Irish and UK market, companies are turning to ZeroMission to help answer the big operational questions • What will the vehicle consume on our routes • What charging infrastructure do we need • What will the total cost look like • How do we transition from mixed fuel fleets without disruption Our Fleet Moderisation éxō platform gives fleets the data, modelling and LiveOps insight needed to make confident and informed decisions. $58.6 MILLION ALERT FOR TEXAS FLEETS The biggest zero emission funding boost North Texas has seen is officially LIVE. “Opportunities like this don’t come around often. This is a moment for fleets to move fast and lead.” The North Central Texas Council of Governments has opened the NTxZEV Call for Projects, offering up to $58.6 million to replace Class 6 and 7 diesel trucks with battery electric or hydrogen zero emission vehicles. Even better… infrastructure is covered too. Charging. Hydrogen fueling. Site upgrades. The lot. Texan fleets now have the chance to: • Slash running costs • Cut emissions instantly • Modernize operations • Unlock long term savings through smart fleet planning But here’s the part people overlook: Funding alone doesn’t guarantee a successful transition. You need the data, modelling and planning to make it work in the real world. That’s where ZeroMission comes in. We support fleets with: ✔ Digital twin modelling ✔ Route and depot optimization ✔ Charging and hydrogen infrastructure design ✔ Cost analysis and ROI modelling ✔ Application and technical support “Funding accelerates adoption. Intelligence ensures success.” If you’re a Texan fleet operator thinking about applying, now is the time. Let’s talk. Ireland has officially crossed a clean energy milestone that changes everything for transport, fleets and the wider EV ecosystem. And the message from leaders is loud and clear: “Ireland’s clean energy future isn’t decades away. It’s happening now.” — Darragh O'Brien TD Minister for Climate, Energy and the Environment After just three years of rapid growth, Ireland now has 2.1 GW of installed solar, more than 155,000 rooftops generating clean power, and summer peaks where solar meets over 21 percent of national electricity demand. This isn’t a headline. This is a turning point. “This really significant achievement reflects the collective efforts of domestic customers, large developers and communities across the country.” — John O'Connor ESB Networks And for the EV industry, the impact is massive: • Cheaper, cleaner electricity for charging • Stronger grid resilience for depot and public charging • Greater energy security as transport electrification accelerates • More opportunities for solar powered depot charging • Lower operational emissions for fleets • A clear path toward Ireland’s 8 GW solar target by 2030 Solar is no longer a supporting act in Ireland’s energy transition. It is becoming the backbone of the clean mobility ecosystem. “Ireland’s energy transition is no longer a future ambition, it is happening now, powered by thousands of people and projects across the country.” — Ronan Power, Solar Ireland With solar surging and EV adoption accelerating, Ireland is stepping into a new era where every clean kilowatt supports cleaner transport, cleaner fleets and a cleaner future. The question now is not if Ireland can electrify transport at scale. It’s how fast. Read more here: https://hubs.li/Q03TfJb30

At NextTruck 2025, European Management Conference, industry leaders made one thing clear, the future of heavy transport isn’t coming… it’s already here. Uwe Klaus Hotz, Head of Ecosystem Development, nailed it: • The technology already outperforms diesel — it’s our mindset that needs to catch up. • Fast charging isn’t just convenience — it’s economics. • Megawatt charging + modular battery design = unstoppable uptime. • 73% of road freight travels under 150km — the local routes are the real game changers. At ZeroMission, we see this transformation happening daily through FleetOps360 and our éxō data layer, helping logistics operators shift from reactive transition to profitable electrification. The message is simple: • The batteries are ready. • The infrastructure is evolving. • The economics make sense. The only question left is, are you ready to drive the change?
