The primary requirement was a reliable barrier with a high cycle rate. The ACCESS PRO barrier from Magnetic Autocontrol was the perfect solution. Its innovative, maintenance-free MHTM motor is built for continuous use and high-volume traffic throughput, guaranteeing up to 10 million movements. 💡 𝐀𝐑𝐄 𝐘𝐎𝐔 𝐏𝐒𝐀:𝟖𝟎 𝐑𝐄𝐀𝐃𝐘? 💡 The Private Security Authority (PSA) has confirmed via the DHF that the new standard PSA 80:2025 will be launched on 31st October 2025. This important regulatory update will affect all Gate Installers operating in Ireland who install, service, maintain, or repair powered gates. 𝐅𝐑𝐎𝐌 𝐓𝐇𝐈𝐒 𝐃𝐀𝐓𝐄: •   New contractors entering the sector will be required to hold a PSA licence in the category “Installer of Security Equipment – Powered Gates” and will also be required to undergo audit and certification to PSA 80:2025. •   Existing contractors (who currently hold a PSA licence in the Installer of Security Equipment – Access Control category) will be required to undergo a PSA 80 audit at their next licence renewal date. Since our foundation, National Automation has been committed to promoting the highest standards in gate safety. For nearly 15 years, we have proudly hosted the DHF Gate Safety Diploma course in Ireland. This two-day course is now a mandatory requirement for any business involved with electric gates and barriers. We believe that in-person training offers the best learning experience, leading to the most successful outcomes for integrators.
