Celebrating Diwali - This month’s Back to Base session took on a festive flair as our Sydney and Melbourne teams came together to celebrate Diwali. We began with warm Diwali wishes from Mihir Shah, followed by Zoe Sturgess sharing key updates on our Manager Effectiveness and Reward & Recognition programs. We also extended a warm welcome to our new joiners and celebrated work anniversaries and October birthdays. Laughter and friendly rivalry filled the session with our Diwali-themed Pictionary and Bollywood Quiz, before everyone enjoyed a relaxed catch-up over Indian snacks and sweets, a perfect way to close a vibrant celebration. A big thank you to everyone who joined in and helped make this event so memorable. Wishing you all light, joy, and success in the year ahead.
