Add, remove, or edit transactions in your portfolio

From a desktop browser:

1. Sign in to Yahoo Finance.
2. Click My Portfolio.
3. Click the list where you want to add a lot to.
4. Next to the symbol you want to add a lot to, click expand icon .
5. Click the Transactions tab.
6. Click Add transaction.
7. Fill in the transaction info.
8. Click outside of the box to save the transaction.

From a mobile browser:

1. Sign in to Yahoo Finance.
2. Tap the Menu icon .
3. Tap My Portfolio.
4. Select the list you want to add a lot to.
5. Tap Holdings.
6. Next to the symbol you want to add a lot to, click expand icon .
7. Tap the Transactions tab.
8. Tap Add transaction.
9. Enter info for the lot you're adding, swipe right to see all the data fields.
10. Tap outside of the box to save the transaction.

From a desktop browser:

1. Sign in to Yahoo Finance.
2. Click My Portfolio.
3. Click the list with the lot you want to edit.
4. Next to the symbol you want to edit a lot to, click expand icon .
5. Click the Transactions tab.
6. Change details in the transaction line.
7. Click outside of the detail box to automatically save the new data.

From a mobile browser:

1. Sign in to Yahoo Finance.
2. Tap the Menu icon .
3. Tap My Portfolios.
4. Select the list you want to edit.
5. Tap the Holdings tab.
6. Next to the symbol you want to edit a lot to, click expand icon .
7. Tap on Transactions.
8. Swipe right to see all the data fields, tap any box to edit the info.
9. Tap outside of the box to save the changes.

From a desktop browser:

1. Sign in to Yahoo Finance.
2. Click My Portfolio.
3. Click the list with the lot you want to delete.
4. Next to the symbol you want to delete a lot to, click expand icon .
5. Click the Transactions tab.
6. Scroll right to the end of the transaction box.
7. Hover your mouse over the transaction details to see the delete icon.
8. Click the delete icon.
9. Click Confirm.

From a mobile browser:

1. Sign in to Yahoo Finance.
2. Tap the Menu icon .
3. Tap My Portfolios.
4. Select a list from which you want to delete a transaction.
5. Tap the Holdings tab.
6. Next to the symbol you want to delete a lot to, tap expand icon .
7. Tap Transactions.
8. Swipe right until you see the delete icon.
9. Tap the delete icon.
10. Tap Confirm.
