    For COP30 in Belém and the 10th anniversary of the Paris Agreement, LVMH shares an overview of its environmental strategy LIFE 360, structured around four pillars: climate, biodiversity, circularity, and traceability.   In line with its roadmap, the Group continues to reduce emissions related to its energy consumption (Scopes 1 and 2), expand its use of renewable energy, and implement operational action plans to reduce Scope 3 emissions by 55% by 2030.   Beyond reducing its operational footprint, LVMH is actively committed to protecting sensitive ecosystems.     In 2025, 175 Client Development talents from 30 Maisons across Asia and EMEA earned their LVMH Clienteling Certificate, marking an exciting milestone in their career journeys.   Held across London, Shanghai, Tokyo, Seoul, Singapore and Hong Kong, this intensive three-day upskilling program brought together talents around one shared ambition: to elevate the human connection at the heart of retail.   Grounded in the four LVMH pillars of Clienteling — Empathy, Proximity, Trust and Efficiency — the program deepened the Group’s commitment to placing the Client at the centre of every interaction and fostering meaningful, lasting relationships.   Beyond skill-building, this development program embodies the spirit of Where Dreams Become Careers by empowering our talents to grow, share and make an impact across Maisons and regions.   Last week, alumni from around the world gathered across regional hubs to reconnect and exchange their latest strategies and successes, with inspiring contributions from Loro Piana, Louis Vuitton and Parfums Christian Dior.   At LVMH, excellence in Client Development is about people rather than processes.     Over the course of last week, the first cohort of students from the EHL x LVMH Executive Master “Leading Sustainable Excellence in Luxury Retail & Hospitality” was hosted by LVMH in Paris.    To inaugurate the experience, the participants were welcomed by LVMH HR leaders, including Maud Alvarez-Pereyre, Group Chief Human Resources Officer, who shared insightful career perspectives and mindset guidance to navigate the luxury industry.  She emphasized that « Retail and hospitality are the beating heart of LVMH: they illustrate, every day, how people make the difference.»    She also encouraged the students to cultivate their curiosity and stay open to new perspectives as they explore LVMH’s unparalleled ecosystem.    Throughout this immersive week, the EHL students deepened their understanding of luxury retail, evolving hospitality concepts, and client experience. During visits to our iconic Maisons and flagship locations, they engaged with teams from Christian Dior Couture, Cravan, FRED Jewelry, Guerlain, Samaritaine Paris Pont-Neuf, GROUPE BON MARCHÉ : Le Bon Marché Rive Gauche et La Grande Epicerie de Paris., Louis Vuitton, and Tiffany & Co.    The LVMH Chair at EHL Business School reinforces our commitment to shaping the next generation of luxury leaders.     Christian Dior Couture announces the opening of House of Dior Beverly Hills on the legendary Rodeo Drive. Perpetuating the unique ties between the Maison and California, this new flagship celebrates Dior’s history and its connection to Hollywood. Designed by Peter Marino, this “realm of dreams” presents a striking dialogue between architecture, nature, and fashion, from women’s and men’s ready-to-wear, to leather goods, jewelry, Dior Maison, and fragrances.
