✨ We celebrated the 3rd Women@Hyatt Spain Forum! ✨ At Hyatt, our purpose of care comes to life every day and in every interaction. Through Women@Hyatt, we cultivate an active network that fosters an inclusive and equitable culture, supporting the development and growth of women within our company. 🌱 Last week, in the inspiring setting of #ZöetryMallorca, we held the 3rd Women@Hyatt Spain Forum — a gathering built around development, networking, and awareness, the three pillars that guide our Chapter. With over 80 attendees and live streaming to all Hyatt hotels in Spain, we enjoyed three enriching conversations: 💬 “Unique Experiences, Powerful Learnings” — a conversation on work, family, balance, and care with Paloma Navarro, Agathe Sicot and Javier Fernández. 💡 “Behind the Brilliance: Women Who Make It All Work” — Monica Bautista and ziane leite shared insights on leadership in operational areas and the essential work behind the scenes. ✨ “Using Fun as Fuel for Wellbeing” — a dynamic Q&A ping-pong with Giuseppina Bavasso, VP of Human Resources, Hyatt EAME. ❤ Peace of Mind: we enjoyed a mindfulness activity led by psychologist Maria del Mar Garcia Carbonell (Beyond Psychology), focused on personal reflection, connection, and emotional wellbeing. 😊 Elena Diez Valcarce also shared an update on the Chapter’s initiatives in Spain, which she co-leads with Sharlene Alonso, Agustina Arena, Mariana Brandão, and Mercedes Trujillo. The day concluded with a cocktail reception where we celebrated the achievements of our Chapter and our company — including having 52% of General Managers in our region who are women, and a 49% female workforce in Spain. 🍸 We also celebrated local talent with a women-led creative market that brought color and energy to the event. NGOs Un Lazo en Movimiento, #TrevallSolidari, and #MontisionSolidaria joined us with moving initiatives (more on the Women@Hyatt Spain Instagram).
