Today, we join the global community in supporting children everywhere and reaffirming our commitment to supporting UNICEF with rapid emergency response and stronger global supply chains. At DSV, we are proud to partner with UNICEF to make a tangible difference in the lives of children across the world. Through our global network, we’ve helped deliver critical supplies to children in crisis situations – from emergency medical kits in Lebanon to clean water solutions in Myanmar and essential medicines and nutrition supplements in Honduras. By providing in-kind flights and strengthening humanitarian supply chains, we ensure that critical supplies can reach even the most remote locations within the first 72 hours of an emergency. Michael Ebbe, Group CFO of DSV, shares: “The world faces continued challenges that require effective solutions and support. This is why we have chosen to partner with UNICEF to provide efficient humanitarian logistics for crisis-affected areas. Our strategic partnership consists of different initiatives, and one of the cornerstones is our pre-established in-kind flight agreement, which enables the delivery of critical supplies to the children that need it the most.” On this World Children’s Day, we celebrate the power of collaboration and the impact we can achieve together. Every child deserves a safe, healthy and happy future, and we are proud to support UNICEF’s work towards this goal. UNICEF Supply

Luxury meets logistics! We recently hosted an event in New York, gathering leading luxury brands and industry partners for an evening focused on the evolving demands of the luxury retail sector. The event provided a valuable platform to discuss trade, compliance and key macro trends in the fashion market. Our aim was to equip partners with the knowledge to navigate challenges and make informed decisions in today's market. “The market for luxury goods is widely recognised for its high standards, and we continue to see it setting a strong benchmark for excellence in the consumer industry,” says Francesco Scuttari, VP Luxury Fashion & Beauty, Americas. He adds: “By collaborating with our customers and sharing insights, we can drive innovation and maintain this standard of excellence.” “Luxury logistics is more than simply moving goods – it’s about safeguarding brand reputation at every step. For this reason, we are committed to delivering the same level of excellence that defines the world’s top luxury brands through our logistics service offerings. Thank you to all partners and customers who joined us at the event to discuss how we can take luxury logistics even further.”

Q3 2025 was another memorable quarter for us. A clear highlight was our progress on the integration of Schenker, with the first country integrations commencing in August. But of course, that’s not all! Take a look at some of the exciting things that took place across our operations during the months of July, August and September: 📷 1 + 2: A day to remember! After months of close collaboration and thorough preparations, we kicked off the local integration of Schenker – starting with Denmark and the United States. 📷 3: We inaugurated DSV Proximity, a 100,000 sqm integrated logistics hub in the heart of the “Motor Valley” in Italy, consolidating ten separate warehouses into three logistics units to establish a more streamlined and high-value-added operational architecture. 📷 4: Helmut Schweighofer, Road CEO, and Magnus Malmqvist, Regional CEO of Road Europe, visited the Road Management Team in Spain – a market setting a high bar for what successful integration looks like. 📷 5: Our teams broke ground on a new logistics facility in Plainfield, Illinois – one of the key transportation centres of the United States. Upon completion, the site will offer more than 72,000 sqm of warehousing space and be equipped with advanced e-commerce distribution and value-added services. 📷 6: We invited a number of our customers to our facilities at Luxembourg Airport to discuss the many opportunities in the air freight market and introduce our upgraded Air Direct network, which has been bolstered by the integration of Schenker.

Effective humanitarian aid relies heavily on specialised solutions, operational expertise and an extensive global transport and logistics network. That’s why we have dedicated teams at key locations, ready to act fast when help is needed – delivering flexible, reliable and cost-effective humanitarian aid transport and logistics solutions that meet the highest industry standards. As new trends and technologies emerge, we continue to ask ourselves: How can we optimise humanitarian logistics even further? This question was at the heart of discussions as our team attended AidEx 2025, the world’s leading humanitarian aid and disaster relief event, which brought together representatives from UN agencies, NGOs, foundations, governments and businesses worldwide under the theme: “Future-proofing humanitarian aid.” “It was a pleasure to take part in AidEx again this year to address current challenges and opportunities and contribute to the discussions from a transport and logistics perspective,” says Johan Dalheim, Business Development Director, Aid & Relief. He adds: “At DSV, we’re continuously working to improve our emergency response solutions, which enable us to provide 24/7 global aid and relief operations, even in the most complex environments. These efforts are supported by a range of tailored solutions, including our drone services, which can be deployed for rapid delivery of supplies to hard-to-reach areas, as well as our healthcare capabilities, which enable us to provide GDP-compliant cold chain solutions and real-time visibility for medical aid. AidEx gave us a great opportunity to exchange ideas and explore new ways to make a meaningful difference through our services. We look forward to turning these conversations into action and driving innovation in humanitarian logistics.”

The demand for more sustainable road freight solutions is on the rise – and we’re proud to be part of this development. Yesterday, we participated at the Danish Ministry of Transport’s conference on the green transition of road transport, which brought together transport authorities from across Europe and businesses committed to making supply chains more sustainable. At the event, our Regional Head of Sustainability for European road freight, Alexander Bjørn Jensen, gave a presentation about the key drivers for the green transition and how DSV is working to decarbonise road transport through the deployment of several technologies, including battery electric vehicles (BEVs). “Phasing out fossil fuels is an important part of our decarbonisation roadmap at DSV, and although the electric vehicle technology is still maturing, it represents a promising path towards CO2 emission reduction,” he says and adds: “To support this development, we’re operating electric trucks across a wide range of our operations, to meet the varied needs of our customers. Our BEV fleet is supporting everything from distribution in cities like Singapore and London to longer-distance transports in countries like Germany and the UAE.” With the acquisition of Schenker, we have significantly strengthened our fleet of heavy-duty BEVs, and we continue to expand it month by month. But this progress is not ours alone. “Growing our electric fleet is only possible thanks to our strong partnerships across the supply chain,” Alexander Bjørn Jensen emphasises. “We rely on manufacturers investing in the technology, hauliers willing to deploy it, infrastructure providers building the charging infrastructure and transport buyers committed to decarbonising their road transport. We’re proud to collaborate with such partners who share our vision for a greener future.”

As part of our strategic partnership with UNICEF we continue to support their mission to deliver humanitarian aid, wherever and whenever it's needed. Because of the ongoing security situation, commercial flights were limited, so we chartered a plane from Panama to Haiti to ensure aid reached those in need. On board: 35 tons of life-saving UNICEF medical supplies to clinics across West, Artibonite, and Northeast Haiti to help treat everything from dehydration and malaria to maternal complications and skin infections. The impact of these supplies in numbers: Around 21,000 - 22,000 children are receiving targeted treatments, like ORS/Zinc, deworming, and potentially Azithromycin. And 10,000 more children are benefiting indirectly from clinic supplies and other medications. Over 150 women are being supported with maternal health kits, and 1,000 more are due to benefit from the treatment of common conditions. This is what happens when logistics excellence is multiplied. By integrating our logistics capabilities with UNICEF's humanitarian logistics resources and supplies, we strengthen efficient delivery of life-saving supplies to remote areas and support children wherever they are, turning urgency into impact.

What is the future of pharmaceutical value chain technology? Is it just a matter of temperature, or is there more to it? Transporting pharmaceutical products by air is a complex process. With multiple touchpoints across the supply chain, even minor temperature changes can compromise product integrity and patient safety. But temperature control is only part of the equation. Successful pharma transport also relies on controlled processes, trained professionals and close collaboration across industries. Last week, a team of experts from our healthcare vertical explored this topic at the 2025 Pharma Logistics Masterclass, hosted by Pharma.Aero. Here, Vice President, Healthcare, Mikkel Bøttcher presented DSV’s perspective on the future of pharma transport technology alongside our partner QProducts & Services. “It was a pleasure to contribute to the masterclass and showcase DSV’s approach to pharma logistics through a real-world case. By exploring passive vs. active solutions, shifting focus from equipment to validated processes and rethinking routes, we found ways to reduce both costs and carbon emissions – without compromising product integrity,” says Mikkel Bøttcher and continues: “This was made possible by our temperature-controlled air charter network, which enables ground-level supervision, tarmac control and GDP-compliant hubs. With this setup, we ensure that shipments stay within the required temperature ranges, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance. And it’s this combination of precision and flexibility that allows us to deliver real value to our healthcare customers.” To learn more about our healthcare solutions, visit https://ow.ly/bZ1250X0KE6 #Healthcare #PLMC #PharmaLogisticsMasterclass
