Together with the Hafven Female Founders - wonderfully hosted by Michaela Werner - DSGN digital Hannover and Dörte Dillenburger - we opened the doors to the world behind FEMWORX and connected with women who brought so much energy and curiosity into the room. In an interactive group session, they created their own vision of a FEMWORX Day. Seeing how they shaped ideas, exchanged experiences, and built on one another’s thoughts made the evening truly special for our team. 💯 We also shared a few fun facts about our location (yes, even the number of elevators you can ride during FEMWORX!). The laughter and surprised reactions were priceless. What touched us most? The genuine conversations. The openness.
