    Haier Smart Home reported another strong Q3 on Oct 30, 2025: Revenue rose 9.5% to RMB 77.56bn, net profit grew 12.7% to RMB 5.34bn, and 9M operating cash flow reached RMB 17.49bn. Growth was driven by a sharper premium mix, AI-enabled operations, and user-centric manufacturing. In China, suite penetration climbed (Casarte 36%, Haier 15%) and home AC grew 30%+. Internationally, North America’s Air & Water rose ~20% YoY, Europe’s HVAC grew 30%+, and the new Thailand AC park supports six-million-unit annual capacity. Looking ahead, we will scale blockbusters and suites, deepen AI, and expand local-for-local manufacturing, consumer can get faster service, smarter experiences, and greater value. #HaierSmartHome #AI #Growth

    Just a few years ago, I couldn’t imagine work without layers of approvals, hidden info, and slide wars. For almost 30 years, I had a boss, chased promotions that never came, and learned to survive in bureaucracy. Then I met Kevin Nolan (CEO, GE Appliances, a Haier company) and discovered Rendanheyi, the model created by Zhang Ruimin, Haier Emeritus Chairman. Nothing changed until I changed. I had to unlearn three decades of complacency and step into a philosophy that says: you matter, you’re unique, you’re welcome. I also learned I’m not alone. Movements like Corporate Rebels, Haier Model Institute (HMI), Thinkers50, and the Global Peter Drucker Forum are all pushing in the same direction.     The best time to plant the seed of RenDanHeYi was twenty years ago; the second best is now. Haier celebrates 20 years of RenDanHeYi, and a new chapter for intelligent, zero-boundary ecosystems. Last week in Beijing, we marked the 20th anniversary of RenDanHeYi (RDHY) at the 9th RenDanHeYi Forum and the 2nd Zero Distance Excellence (ZeroDX) Awards—an annual gathering of global thinkers and practitioners advancing organizations with “zero distance” to users. This year’s theme: Organizational Intelligence—creating intelligent & interactive ecosystems for the AI era. Zhang Ruimin, Founder and Chairman Emeritus of Haier Group, called RDHY “a new enlightenment in business—people-centered, focused on the maximization of human value,” stressing RDHY’s evolution from 1.0 ‘Zero Distance’ to 2.0 ‘Zero Boundary’ while keeping its core unchanged. “Our aim is not another classic model, but an open-source management philosophy that continuously self-evolves.” Zhou Yunjie, Chairman of the Board and CEO of Haier Group, noted that 2025 is the first year of RDHY 2.0 and Haier’s AI applications.     Haier announced a strategic partnership with Al-Hilal Club Company on September 11, becoming the club’s Official Smart Household Appliances Sponsor.
