During the eighth CIIE, Novartis' radiopharmaceutical Pluvicto was approved by the National Medical Products Administration for market launch in China. Having debuted as an "exhibit" in 2021, this innovative drug has now become a "CIIE baby," serving as another example of "from exhibits to commodities." CIIE Stories |Thai excellence shines at CIIE The year 2025 marks the 50th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Thailand. As the second-time Guest Country of Honor as well as a frequenter of the CIIE,Thailand has continued to expand its presence with nearly 400 Thai companies taking part since the inaugural CIIE, covering an area of over 28,000 square meters. Nearly 100 Thai enterprises participated in the eighth CIIE, including about 60 small and medium-sized companies in the food and agriculture sectors.
