While I love spending face to face time with our customers, I also understand the reality that our customers don’t come to Equipped (our user conference) for more time with me. The value in Equipped is the hands-on time folks spend with our great team of experts from our consulting, product, and support teams.  Paul Phillips (one of our great Product Consultants) got hands on and deep with our service management and service agreement quoting solutions and the crowd around him kept growing.
