We’re pleased to share a construction progress update on Skyline Apartment REIT’s Silvercreek Apartments, in Collingwood, ON. Building 1: Interior drywall and electrical work continue on floors one and two, with flooring now complete on floor one. Building 2: Interior framing is complete, and drywall installation is underway on floor one. Building 3: Model suites and the indoor amenity area are complete. Flooring is finished on floor three, and drywall installation is progressing on floor four. Site work: Landscaping is ongoing across the site, and asphalt paving has begun. Silvercreek Apartments will provide much-needed rental housing in Collingwood, featuring three four-storey buildings with a total of 187 suites and modern amenities designed to enhance everyday living for residents. SkyDev Construction Update - Progress continues at Spencer Place in Simcoe, ON. Building 1: Drywall installation is complete on the sixth floor, with flooring now underway on floors four and five. Trim work and final painting continue on floor two. The model suites are receiving final paint and countertop installation. Building 2: Drywall installation on floor two is scheduled to begin mid-month. Mechanical systems are complete, and plumbing, sprinkler, and electrical rough-ins are progressing throughout the building. Site Work: Curbs are in place, sidewalks are nearly complete, asphalt paving is underway, and landscaping has begun. Spencer Place will bring much-needed rental housing for the Simcoe community, featuring modern amenities designed to enhance everyday living. Follow us for more updates on this project.

Last month, our Skyline Commercial Management team came together for their quarterly meeting to connect, align on priorities, and share strategies for working smarter and more collaboratively. Skyline Commercial Management facilitates the daily operation and maintenance of all properties owned by Skyline Industrial REIT and Skyline Retail REIT, while supporting tenant relations. The session featured the launch of our Blueprint to Success, a practical framework to help Portfolio Managers stay proactive, aligned, and ready to tackle challenges efficiently. Collaboration and open dialogue were key, with team members sharing ideas, feedback, and real-world insights to shape how we put the Blueprint into action. On the way to the meeting, the team visited Talisgate Apartments and our retail plaza in Gravenhurst, ON, as well as one of our retail properties in Huntsville, ON stopping to tour the sites and see the properties in action.
