At PolicyMe, setting OKRs is more than just aligning on goals. It's a chance to get creative, bring people together, and make the process genuinely fun. 🍽️ For our Q4 company-wide OKRs, we took inspiration from the culinary world. Each team presented their goals as part of a restaurant-inspired experience, using storytelling, visuals, and a little help from AI. Here’s a taste of what was served: 🦐 A shrimp murder mystery with unexpected twists 🎶 A brand-new music video that added to our growing internal soundtrack 🧘♀️ A peaceful, guided meditation menu ⭐ A full-course Michelin-style presentation 🔥 A high-stakes cook-off judged by a very intense AI-generated Gordon Ramsay 🐼 And a fan favorite appearance from "Vipanda" - our panda-themed presenter who absolutely stole the show What tied all these presentations together was our Collaborative spirit, one of our core REACH values. Every department leaned into teamwork, shared ownership, and a willingness to have fun while staying focused. We can’t wait to wrap up the year strong with Q4! Let’s keep cooking. 👏
