IPG Toronto puts team spirit in motion. The IPG “Road Runners” took on TCS Toronto Waterfront 5k Marathon challenge on October 18th, 2025.

We know that the insurance industry can be a challenging and emotional career. It can be difficult to manage your mental health, but it’s more important than ever to care for yourself and your colleagues.   As we commemorate Mental Health Week, we renew our commitment to supporting mental health awareness at IPG and throughout the insurance industry. Positive mental health begins with a positive work culture, and we are working every day to promote work-life balance and quality management through training opportunities, webinars, online resources, and more.   This week, let’s celebrate the steps we’ve made towards mental health awareness and recognize the progress we still need to make across our industry. By working together, supporting our colleagues, and holding ourselves accountable, we can ensure that everyone is able to thrive. -- Nous savons que travailler dans le secteur de l’assurance peut être pénible sur le plan émotionnel et difficile. Et il n’est pas toujours facile de gérer sa santé mentale. Mais prendre soin de soi et de ses collègues n’a jamais été plus important.   Nous profitons de la Semaine de la santé mentale pour réaffirmer notre engagement à sensibiliser nos employés au sujet de la santé mentale à travers GPI et l’industrie des assurances. Qui dit « bonne santé mentale » dit « bonne culture professionnelle ». En conséquence, nous essayons quotidiennement de créer un équilibre entre la vie professionnelle et la vie privée et de promouvoir la qualité en offrant des occasions de formation et en utilisant des webinaires, des ressources en ligne et d’autres choses encore.   Cette semaine, célébrons les progrès accomplis en ce qui concerne la sensibilisation à la santé mentale et reconnaissons les progrès qu’il reste toujours à accomplir dans ce domaine à travers notre industrie. En travaillant ensemble, en soutenant nos collègues et en nous responsabilisant mutuellement, nous assurerons l’épanouissement de tout un chacun.
