Here’s the thing… if your skills aren’t up to date, you likely won't show up in my searches — even if you’re perfect for the role. 💔 It breaks my heart sometimes, because I know there are amazing people out there who just don’t get seen. So here’s my gentle nudge: take 10 minutes this week to update your Skills section. Here’s how 👇 1️⃣ Go to your profile and scroll to Skills (or add it under Add profile section → Core → Add skills) 2️⃣ Add your most current and relevant skills (choose LinkedIn’s suggested ones so recruiters can find you) 3️⃣ Reorder them — make sure your top 3 skills are the ones that align with the jobs you want 4️⃣ Ask for endorsements from past colleagues or managers — it adds credibility instantly ✨ Pro tip: Don’t just list what you did last — list the skills that reflect where you want to go.
