Several stars were born last week at GB HQ when we hosted the finale of our inaugural season of GB’s Got Talent. An opportunity for our team to give their hidden talents a main-stage moment, the performances put creativity, boldness, and ingenuity front and centre. From a demonstration of the intricate art of paper quilling to a garage band made up of some of our own rockstars, every act was truly deserving of an encore. But thanks to our panel of industry partners turned talent scouts, the competition remained fierce though the applause might have been the real prize.  #GBsGotTalent #WeBuildDifferently

This October’s Women’s History Month invited us to see “Through Her Lens,” a theme that encourages us to recognize the unique perspectives and breadth of stories that make up our collective experience. Over the course of the year, GB and our women’s group, the GB Build-Hers, have worked to put this theme into action. From a site tour of a women-led project and a communications workshop focused on honing individual strengths and authentic voices, to a panel discussion exploring the experiences of working moms in our industry, and a creative demonstration of Kolam, a traditional Indian decorative art form, by a long-time team member, each moment highlighted the many ways individuality enriches our shared story. #WomensHistoryMonth #WomenInConstruction #WeBuildDifferently

Cureapalooza Vol. 7 was a night that truly hit all the right notes! For our seventh year, we wanted to turn the dial all the way up and thanks to everyone who came out, the night was proof that when we band together as an industry, we’re able to make some serious noise.
