  • Two Legacies. One Client-First Team. W. G. McKay Limited and GHY International are proud to announce that GHY has acquired W.G. McKay, bringing together two trusted names in Canadian customs brokerage.     For 111 and 124 years, respectively, we’ve kept trade moving. That’s 235 years of client-first service. Before the first commercial flight. Before airway bills.     This isn’t about disruption. It’s about continuity, care, and collaboration.     We’re building something stronger together. Blending our businesses gradually, honouring the strengths and tenure of both teams.     As Chris Bachinski, CEO of GHY, puts it: “You can expect the same people, the same quality, and support when you need it.”     That commitment is why W.G. McKay chose GHY.     Winfield (Win) McKay, President of W.G. McKay, said it best: “They will look after our associates and our clients. That was the non-negotiable.”     Judy McKay, CFO, reinforces the promise: “One accountable contact, proactive guidance, and timely clearance. Now backed by GHY’s resources.”     Rick Riess, Executive Chairman of GHY, sums it up: “Two legacies. One standard of service.”     ✔We’re proud to carry that standard forward.   ✔We are all stewards.   ✔Stewards of our clients, our teams, and the legacy we carry on.
