Today, on Transgender Day of Remembrance, we honor the lives lost to violence and reaffirm our commitment to creating a world where everyone can live authentically and without fear. To mark this day, our Pride ERG organized a candlelit vigil attended by employees. It was a poignant moment of reflection and solidarity.

Through our Fortitude Re 4 Good program, we donated $200,000 to the Cumberland River Compact and volunteered with Root Nashville to help plant trees toward their goal of 500,000 by 2050, advancing sustainability and environmental education across Middle Tennessee. At Fortitude Re, every colleague receives $5,000 each year through the IGNITE program. This helps employees invest in themselves, explore new interests, and build skills.  Mason Smith, Sr Associate, Financial Reporting, used IGNITE to train for his first boxing match. With training and determination, he stepped into the ring and achieved a personal milestone.  IGNITE is about fueling growth in every form.
