Accessibility at Fairday

Auslan / Interpreting Services

  • Auslan interpreters will be available at the main stage (12pm–6pm).

Wheelchair Accessibility

  • We have additional ACROD parking bays available. Register here: https://events.humanitix.com/acrod-parking-at-opening-night-club-day-and-fairday
  • The full venue is surrounded by a wide-flat path; there is also specific ACROD matting across the northern end of Fairday and into the bar.
  • Parts of the event take place on grass. The ground is mostly even but may be soft in some areas, which can make wheelchair movement more difficult. Our Accessibility Concierge and Pride WA volunteers are available to assist if needed. Ask anyone in a Pride WA purple t-shirt, or visit the Pride WA marquee (look out for the purple).

Accessible Toilets

  • Accessible portaloos / toilets are located throughout the venue – look out for the signs or the QR codes with information.

Quiet / Sensory Spaces

  • There is a Chill Out Zone on the southern side of Fairday.
  • There are also many areas of shade available.

Access Concierge

  • There will be an Accessibility Concierge team on site to help with questions, guided tours, or to assist with navigating the venue. Ask anyone in a Pride WA purple t-shirt and they will be able to direct you to the Accessibility Concierge, or visit the Pride WA marquee (look out for the purple).
