Sara has been leading product teams for the past 20 years. She was one of Xero’s early employees in 2007, and responsible for teams building sales, support and operational systems, as well as a global product scalable to millions of customers. Sara has been with Karbon since the start, and has been instrumental in building the Karbon product into what it has become.

Lachlan leads a global marketing team that is responsible for driving awareness and demand for Karbon and delivering value through world-leading thought leadership. Coming from senior positions in professional service, sport and non-profit industries before joining Karbon in year 1, Lachlan has a proven record of helping businesses grow through results-driven marketing.

Vivek brings more than 15 years of experience building SaaS products, with nearly a decade focused on AI. Prior to joining Karbon, he was Director of AI Product Management at Workday, where he launched several AI-powered capabilities and helped define the company’s generative AI strategy. His work has spanned document intelligence, enterprise search, and frontline AI agents, always with an emphasis on building secure, scalable technology that delivers real customer impact.

Amelia is passionate about creating agile processes that ultimately better-serve Karbon users through product updates and feature releases. Beginning her career as an educator, she enjoys seeing the skills she developed as a teacher serve her in her current role.

Dave enjoys solving problems to help accounting firms save time, allowing them to focus on what matters. He’s currently working with the product and engineering teams to build Karbon’s Billing and Payments.

Stuart works alongside Amelia and Dave in product at Karbon. With a technical bent, his focus is extending the capabilities of Karbon though integrations to other partnering products and our public API.

Phil spent his formative years in tech working closely with customer teams, honing a dedication to building intuitive, user-friendly products. He now leads efforts on features for enhancing collaboration between Karbon firms and their clients.

Jackson Leslie is a Product Manager at Karbon, specializing in integrations that connect accounting firms with the systems they depend on. With a focus on workflow efficiency and seamless connectivity, he drives solutions that enhance firm performance and client experience. Jackson thrives on simplifying complexity through technology.

Ben works with Vivek on Karbon’s Practice Intelligence and AI Agents. With roots in accounting, he builds tools that help firms work smarter and uncover insights from their data.
