Time, Access & Equity in AI Adoption When we talk about access to AI in ECEC, it’s not just about technology—it’s about time. “If we want educators to explore new tools, reflect and understand how AI can support their programs, we must make time for that—within rosters, planning and professional learning schedules. Everyone deserves equitable time to learn and grow, from new team members to those still studying.” Because the irony is clear—the very tools that take time to learn are the ones that can ultimately save time when used effectively. Hear more in this insightful conversation about equitable access, professional learning and how AI has the potential to empower the ECEC workforce.
