  • How you speak to yourself matters. Your brain listens. Your body responds. Your day shifts. Here’s a gentle reminder: If you wouldn’t say it to a friend, don’t say it to yourself. Swap “I’m so bad at this” with “I’m still learning.” Swap “I’m not enough” with “I’m doing my best.” Swap “I failed” with “I tried, and I can try again.” Small shifts. Big impact. 💛 Be kind to your mind.

  • It’s Movember! A great excuse to grow a mo and talk about men’s mental health. Whether you’re rocking a handlebar, a classic ‘70s number, or a patchy attempt, remember it’s not about the facial hair, it’s about starting a conversation. 💬 Check in with your mates this month. A simple “How are you really going?” can make a difference. Thank you for being good sports Ivan Frkovic & Bretine Curtis Show us your Movember moustaches below in the comments! 👇

  • 📻 We’re pleased to hear the Tracking Cube Project featured on ABC Radio this morning. 📻 The Commission and the Australian Government Department of Health, Disability and Ageing has partnered with Griffith University to invest more than $1.6 million to identify and support those with Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD), sooner. Developed through five years of co-design with First Nations communities, the Tracking Cube uses a culturally responsive, tiered approach to neurodevelopmental assessment, empowering local providers to screen, monitor and support children within their own services. This is a vital step toward improving outcomes for children and families, and building stronger, more connected systems of care. 🔗 Learn more: https://lnkd.in/eCKnc3RB #TrackingCube #FASD #MentalHealthQld
