IBN is very excited to launch our new case management program starting with the recruitment of 3 Intensive Support Officers based in Perth with opportunities to travel throughout the Pilbara. Our ISO team will have the unique opportunity to spearhead this new service providing general case management and program support including education, health and employment for IBN Members. The roles sits within the Member Services Team and is the escalation point for Members who need intensive support outside of the core services provided by the Member Services Officers. Our ISOs play a crucial role in providing assessment, planning and advocacy assistance to Members through a blend of virtual, in person, and administrative support to connect them with appropriate programs and service providers.   IBN is seeking an experienced lawyer to take on this challenging and complex role of inhouse Legal Counsel.   We are looking for someone who has experience working in different areas of the law, and is able to provide comprehensive legal support to the executive team and the Board across the organisation on a wide range of matters. These include: · corporate governance, compliance and regulation · not for profit/charity, trust , tax and native title law   · contracts – including drafting and negotiating property, commercial, funding, and other agreements · dispute resolution and litigation   You must be able to communicate your advice and recommendations effectively and succinctly in a way that is tailored to the audience and enables decision-makers to be confident they are making informed choices with an acceptable risk profile. You will support business units, and subsidiaries, with legal insights on commercial transactions and other broader activities. We need someone who is also able to seek, manage and present advice from external lawyers as required.
