Our GWF National Office in North Ryde came together to celebrate #RUOKDay2025 and mark this important occasion with warmth, connection and meaningful conversations. It was truly uplifting to see over 150 of our colleagues pause, check in with one another and embrace the spirit of care and kindness. These moments remind us how powerful a simple “Are you OK?” can be. A huge thank you to Charlie Willbridge, R U OK Community Ambassador Program Manager, Georgia Condon Partnerships and Fundraising Coordinator at R U OK, and Kylie Arcan from our EAP provider TELUS Health for sharing valuable insights on the importance of having a conversation and knowing the valuable resources available at GWF. R U OK Day is more than just a day – it’s a reminder to keep the conversation going every day. Thank you to everyone involved in bringing to life this event with great energy and thoughtfulness and creating a space where wellbeing and support were front and centre.

A career in Operations is so much more than a job! Mauri and Tip Top were proud to take part in the “Pathways and Possibilities in Operations” Event, hosted by NAWO. During the event we were delighted to showcase the innovation, impact and problem-solving that takes place in the world of Operations. The event featured a panel of real stories from women working in operations, and Tip Top’s Carrie-Ann Jones shared her own career story including how she started, what she loves, and her advice to others. We also took part in an interactive networking expo where we could speak directly with guests, answer their questions, and offer up some samples of our delicious crumpets, pikelets and freshly-baked muffins! Thanks to NAWO NSW for hosting us, and thanks to our terrific team for bringing it to life – Kirstin Reblin, Devika Srinivasan, Jenny Garland, Carrie-Ann Jones, Candice Glynn, Jane Leong, Belinda Curtis, Nicci Harrison & Kirsty Germaine. We are always proud to showcase our commitment to women in operations and happy to inspire the next generation of our industry! #NAWO2025 #WomenInOperations #WeAreTipTop #Mauri

Our Tip Top NZ team is generously supporting the Middlemore Foundation’s “Jammies for June” campaign this winter. This heartwarming initiative provides cozy pyjamas to children with respiratory conditions admitted to Kidz First Children’s Hospital in Auckland. We’re proud to share that Tip Top and GWF Baking NZ donated 156 pairs of PJs to help keep tamariki warm and comforted during their hospital stay. In addition, our Tip Top Wiri Bakery team visited Middlemore Foundation to help sort and organise the donations - a true reflection of their team spirit and commitment to our community. A big congratulations and thank you to Middlemore Foundation for leading this incredible initiative, and to our Tip Top NZ team members who contributed! #JammiesForJune #MiddlemoreFoundation #GWFBakingNZ #TipTopNZ
