Dyno Nobel positioned for sustainable growth after delivering a strong FY25 Explosives performance. FY25 was a year of significant progress for Dyno Nobel as we delivered on our separation and transformation strategy, generating strong underlying earnings growth across the business. Safety remains our number one priority, and we are proud to report a TRIFR of 0.89, 19% less than reported in FY24. Some of our key highlights are: 🌍 16% increase in EBIT for our explosives business, up to $434m [3] 🌍 Significant progress made on the Fertilisers business separation, with multiple sales processes completed 🌍 2025 GHG emissions reduction target achieved ahead of schedule [5] 🌍 33% growth in EBIT for our EMEA and LATAM business 🌍 Secured a deal with Repkon USA for domestic TNT manufacturing in the US for the first time in decades Our CEO & MD, Mauro Neves, said: “Dyno Nobel’s FY25 results are a testament to the execution of our strategy, made possible by our outstanding people.
