Did you know our milk is GM-free? 🥛 We source our supplementary grain feed directly from fellow farmers in Borden, who don’t use GM grain or seed.

Did you know Bannister Downs Dairy is based in one of Australia’s highest rainfall regions — Northcliffe? 🌧️ Our farm does not allow effluent or chemical run-off into waterways and does not rely on river or lake systems for our operations. Instead, all the water we use is collected from rainfall or drawn from underground resources — an advantage of farming in a region that receives around 1200mm of rain each year. Good rainfall, good pastures, and a deep respect for the place we farm. 🥛
