What we love: Finding the sweet spot between progress and burnout with the Training Readiness Score. It weighs your training load (how hard and how long you’ve been working out recently) alongside your sleep data, resting heart rate, and other stats to show when to push, when to pause, and when to rest.

Your Training Load Ratio shows how hard you’ve been working out (left). See the intensity distribution of each workout on the Training Focus screen.

Quick tip: You can toggle among different Training Focus modes on the app’s Progress tab. Each draws on a different endurance-training principle. Go for Polarized to make the most use of a short time to train. Pyramidal is great if you’re training for a marathon and want a sustained intensity.
