New in Apps and Games This Week

Try new spatial accessories, organize your video library, and board the USS Nimitz.

Solve 3D puzzles in the clouds

In the ethereal puzzle game Porta Nubi, you’ll direct sparkling beams of light. Cut holes in clouds to let light pass through, then jump inside the clouds to guide rays from within. The game now supports PlayStation VR2 Sense controllers for even more accuracy.

Doodle in the air

With Crayon, sketch in three dimensions by simply moving your hand in the air. Create with colors and brushes, sculpt and model in 3D, or import your own images to embellish. The recently added support for the Logitech Muse pencil makes for an incredibly natural drawing experience.

Keep track of everything you’re watching

Play lets you bookmark videos from YouTube, Vimeo, Instagram, and more to create a watch list or library of favorites—or add a creator’s channel to the app to see new videos as they drop. New features include AI-generated summaries of videos you’ve bookmarked, support for the indie streamer Nebula, and the ability to bookmark (and annotate) a specific moment in a video.

Watch high-octane action sports

Red Bull TV is your hub for cliff diving, motorsports, mountain biking, and other adrenaline-fueled sports. Check out the recently updated World Surf League tab to catch replays of past events from gorgeous locations like Fiji, French Polynesia, and South Africa.

Take to the skies

In Flight Ready, the latest immersive film from Apple TV, you’ll board the USS Nimitz for a look at the lives of F-18 fighter pilots. The 14-minute experience has you flying high as jets whiz past, then diving into the depths of the aircraft carrier for an up close look.

Some titles may not appear due to app restrictions.
