While I think this could be a good start point for someone new to tracking, the execution isn't there yet. The AI detection is faulty, always assumes at least one serving's worth of each ingredient, and you can't track more than macros. My biggest frustration is that it is no way actually offering you a "personalized plan." You input all these goals you want your diet to hit, and then it will still give you a 700 calorie starvation diet to follow for two weeks, so clearly does not follow a formula that takes BMR into account. Pretty sure if you restrict that far you don't care about hormone balance or heart health. I sent an email about this too, but I don't know if the person I got to was understanding my concern? So I'm hoping that future updates will actually bring that personalization, but right now this is very generic and also not accurate.
