    In this day and age you’d think a sophisticated business like Star could easily integrate Face ID or fingerprint to sign in but no, still living in the past where you have to enter your card number every time. Ridiculous and also plain lazy!

  • Most recent update doesn’t work

    Updated app yesterday or day before, was able to login through Face ID or password now saying something went wrong please try again later since then when trying to login. Something to do with MFA update probably. Where it started from But can’t login anymore to check account settings.Tried logging into website, can’t even do that now .

    The constant need to find your member number and enter it each time you want to use the app is annoying. Please use Face ID or a PIN number or even just remember membership number option. Thanks

    The app does what it claims to but constantly having to sign in every time you want to use it gets old really fast. The app needs to either get a permanent login token, or implement touch/Face ID login like nearly every authentication app has already done.

    We’re in 2024, why does it takes weeks to ‘update’ an app? Which still doesn’t work. Haven’t been able to log in for weeks now despite resetting and doing everything required. Staff have made me goto the front desk to check anything I need to know everytime as they said the App and kiosk are still updating.

    Not sure why companies do this. Why is there multiple security measures in place for an app that doesn't have access to your bank or any other financial information for someone's financial gain? I check tier points, book restaurants, book hotel and check promotions. Wow!! My bank app doesn't have this much security
